What We Need From You

We will accept art work in the following formats;

  • IBM
  • 3.5 FLOPPY DISK
  • CD-ROM
  • Email
Which have been created using the following programs;
  • Publisher
  • Photoshop
  • PageMaker
  • Illustrator
  • In Design
  • Word
  • Powerpoint
  • Excel
  • Access
  • Acrobat

We prefer pdf files. Once your layout has been finalised a pdf file can be created in Adobe Acrobat. This is the safest and most effortless way to ensure the file doesn't change whilst emailing us your art.

If we have all the information regarding your files it will help us to obtain a successful output of your file.

If you have any questions or need help to provide your file to us please contact us.

If the job will have a tight deadline, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange a test run of your files. Early notifications allows any problems with software compatibility, fonts, pictures, images etc. to be avoided or corrected before time runs out.

When emailing your files from other applications please ensure fonts are included as an attachment.

If using Publisher save the file using Pack & Go and embed all fonts and pictures in your Publisher.

Are the pictures used in your file suitable for the type of printing that you want done? (We can advise you on resolution, etc. for scanning)

Note: Some colours will appear different on your computer screen to what the end result is due to RGB colour being used on monitors and CMYK used for printing.
